Carlos Moya has joined a star-studded field at the BNP Paribas Zurich Open (March 20-24) after Jimmy Connors was forced to withdraw because of a hip injury which requires surgery.

Moya, who tops the South African Airways rankings after victory in Delray Beach last month, joins a round-robin group featuring Marat Safin, Pat Cash and Michael Stich. The other group pits Edberg against Tim Henman, Mark Philippoussis and Henri Leconte.
