Murray Intensifies His Training with Coach Lendl

Andy Murray is learning how to profit from his losses - but more importantly how to win - as he gets comfortable with new coach Ivan Lendl. The pair are intensifying focus on the Scot's game at the Miami Masters.

 

 

Titleless This Year, Nadal Remains Calm and Determined

He may not have won a title since the French Open ten long months ago. But that minor detail is outwardly not a problem for Rafael Nadal, staying the course as second seed at the Miami Masters.

"That's not bothering me, I'm not gonna win in every tournament," Nadal said, putting a positive spin on his title drought. "I won't finish my career winning all the tournaments of the Tour."

 

International Tennis Hall of Fame Presented Awards to USTA Members

The International Tennis Hall of Fame presented the 2011 Samuel Hardy and Tennis Educational Merit Awards during the International Tennis Hall of Fame Annual Awards Luncheon, which was held in conjunction with the United States Tennis Association's (USTA) Annual Meeting in Carlsbad, Calif.

Long-time USTA and tennis industry leader Lucy S. Garvin of Greer, S.C. received the prestigious Samuel Hardy Award.
