Nadal Says He Is Eager To Return To The Tour

Nadal sounds like he would not mind Christmas coming a few days late if
it means that he can return successfully to tennis at the Abu Dhabi
exhibition set for December 27-29. The outing is due to be the first for
the Spaniard in six months since being sidelined last summer with a knee
injury.
Williams Pulls Out of Thailand Exhibition

Williams has extended her Christmas holiday thanks to a doctor's note,
which will keep her out of a December 29 exhibition at the Thai beach
resort of Hua Hin. Williams, never known as a paragon of reliability,
dropped the scheduling bombshell on local organizers with a medical
letter testifying to a toe problem.
Van Daalen Takes A Position With The Finnish Tennis Federation

Van Daalen, former National Men’s Tennis Coach in USTA Player
Development Program in Boca Raton, Florida, told Daily Tennis News that
he has taken a position as the Director of Player Development for the
Finnish Tennis Association starting Feb 1, 2013.
