Djokovic Relishing Challenge From Nadal

Few players have been able to upend Rafael Nadal on clay, as he’s arguably the best player ever to step on a clay court. But world No. 1 Novak Djokovic has been able to pull off that feat three of the last six times they have played on the surface, including at the start of the 2013 clay court season in Monte Carlo.

 

 

Murray Better Now, Will Play Queen’s

Andy Murray has confirmed the enforced rest he took by missing the ongoing French Open has worked and his troublesome lower back is sufficiently recovered for him to contest next week’s AEGON Championships at London’s Queen’s Club.

 

 

Wawrinka Happy With His Performance on Clay This Season

Despite taking a hammering from Rafael Nadal to exit the French Open quarters, Swiss Stanislas Wawrinka heads home pleased with one of his best career clay court seasons. After a few days of rest in Lausanne, it all starts over the top 10 player as he steps onto Dutch grass in 10 days for an ATP tune-up event before playing at Wimbledon.

During her career former world No. 1 Chris Evert captured the most coveted trophies in tennis.
