New Security Methods At US Open Are Not Warmly Received By Ticketholders

Duval Is Back Home And Has A Good Win

Victoria Duval, 17, shocked Sam Stosur at the US Open. However, her coaching situation is a bit cloudy: “I'm back home right now,” she said. “But I still have a great relationship with the USTA.  They help me with everything I do.  I guess I'm still part of the USTA, but I'm just home with my family right now.”

Why Stosur Broke With Her Coach

Samantha Stosur as to why she just split with her coach of six years, David Taylor:

“I think we both were kind of feeling that we'd almost come to the end. Unfortunately, it happened to be last week.  I don't think, neither of us, I'm sure, would have wanted it to happen right then, and obviously with winning that tournament almost makes it seem a little bit strange.  But I think we both felt that it was time and, if something's time is up, then you've kind of got to call it a day.”
