Japanese player Kimiko Date-Krumm has put her foot down regarding the
length of her long-running tennis career, with the active player who
turns 43 at the weekend all but declining to stick around for tennis at
the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. "I'll be 50. Fifty!" the veteran told local
media as she advanced at this week's Pac Pacific in Tokyo, "I'm not
(Martina) Navratilova," she added in reference to the long-lived player
the game has ever seen.


Radwanska, Errani/Vinci Qualify For Istanbul" width="84" height="100" align="left" hspace="5">The
Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) announced that four-time Grand Slam
champion Maria Sharapova, World No.4 Agnieszka Radwanska and the top
doubles team of Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci have qualified for this
year’s TEB BNP Paribas WTA Championships, to be staged at the Sinan
Erdem Dome in Istanbul, Turkey, from October 22-27, 2013.

Braden; the youngest Grand Slam tournament singles winner, Michael
Chang; former WTA No. 1, Lindsay Davenport; ATP doubles standout and
another former No. 1 Rick Leach; 1950’s US Top 10 performer, Gilbert
(Gil) Shea; and junior star, as well as Youth Tennis San Diego founder,
Kathy Willette, were honored.

A Collection of Tennis Images For Sale

at all the major and minor tennis tournaments for the wires systems,
daily newspapers, magazines and advertising agencies. He has been to
venues all over the world and has compiled tennis images (archives) of
