A production agreement between Eurosport and Tennis Channel will allow the networks to share broadcast footage for the French Open.

The agreement gives Eurosport access to the Tennis Channel media system, containing broadcast footage, highlights, and archives that can be used during play or in replays and highlights

It also allows Tennis Channel the use of Eurosport footage, broadcast angles and court positions.

“Tennis Channel has been a true innovator in tennis broadcasting in the US and we are looking forward to integrating new ideas, stories into our coverage which will engage and excite our fans in Europe,” said Eurosport CEO Peter Hutton, quoted in a statement. “As we continue to build enhanced and more locally relevant production, our collaboration with Tennis Channel and having even greater access to compelling content is a hugely exciting opportunity for us.”

Sports network Eurosport is the primary non-national European broadcaster of the French Open. Now, the Tennis Channel is also the primary broadcaster of the tournament in the United States. France television is the largest national broadcaster, showing the tournament across its more than French language four stations.
