USTA names Dan Malasky Counsel, Professional Tennis |
The USTA announced that Dan Malasky has been named USTA Counsel, Professional Tennis, supporting legal matters for the Professional Tennis Division. Malasky joined the USTA earlier this week.
Prior to joining the USTA, Malasky served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of DIRT Motor Sports, Inc., the premier sanctioning body for dirt track auto racing. During his time at DIRT, he was responsible for all legal matters, including litigation, contract negotiation, drafting and enforcement, risk management and various day-to-day operational matters. Prior to that, he was a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Piper Rudnick LLP.
Malasky is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania. His family will be relocating to the White Plains area from Colorado Springs, CO. |
