The ITF today announced enhanced coverage of this weekend's Davis Cup by BNP Paribas ties on the official Davis Cup website DavisCup.com. The World Group semifinals, World Group play-offs and eight zone group ties are being played on 13-15 September.

This weekend sees the launch of a Davis Cup live blog to enable fans to keep up-to-date with the latest news from a competition that spans the globe. Starting with draw day on Thursday 12 September, the blog will feature news, photos, videos and audio interviews, bringing together the coverage of all 18 Davis Cup ties.

The ITF has also relaunched the DavisCup.tv live streaming site to provide fans with increased coverage and easier navigation. For the first time, visitors will be able to watch all ten World Group semifinal and play-off ties in higher resolution.

DavisCup.com will also live stream the 2014 Davis Cup by BNP Paribas Draw in London on Wednesday 18 September at 11:00 local time (10:00 GMT).

The latest versions of the Davis Cup iPhone and Android apps, with improved navigation and an enhanced photo gallery, are available to download; while the Davis Cup mobile site will include the same expanded live scoring as on the desktop version of the website.

ITF President Francesco Ricci Bitti said: “Davis Cup by BNP Paribas is a truly global competition and we want to provide fans with the most comprehensive live online experience. The introduction of the live blog, relaunch of the DavisCup.tv site and live steaming of the 2014 draw are improvements that allow fans to keep on top of all of the action wherever they are. We are also trying to improve the online experience for mobile and tablet users, and are pleased to announce the ongoing development of these products.”
